A user flow aiming to make everyday logs quick and easy.

NGS by Paris Papachristos is a health web app that empowers people to realise and improve their dietary habbits by educating them on making healthy concious choices.

The web app was designed as part of the brand "diaitologos.com", embracing the existing brand guidelines.

The user can see the days she has logged and overview progress.

NGS was designed to empower concious choices by being part of the user's daily routine.
Here how this works:

  • It has simple rules, so it's easy to use from the very beginning.
  • Even if you miss a day, you can always go back and fill it in. You don't need to remember many details like in a weekly food diary.
  • Filling the questionnaire takes less than 1 minute.
  • It doesn't have specific foods, so there are no restrictions for holidays like Christmas, Easter, special occasions, etc.
  • You can constantly do a quick self-assessment of your day.

    Although designed mobile-first, you can also access NGS from your tablet/desktop.
    Complete and pending daily logs present distinctly. The user can review and complete past logs.
    Every question offers extra info in the form of text or video, to educate on healthier choices.
    After completing the questionnaire, every day gets graded and logged in your calendar.
